"I'm fasting. It's part of my religion. I want to honor it," Rima Fakih said.
Fakih who previously won the Miss Michigan USA 2010, won the title of Miss USA 2010. This 24-year-old woman came from the Lebanese family. She moved to the U.S. with her family since childhood.
